The interview process was decent, but the job wasn't a good fit for me and I wasn't interested. What was disappointing is that they didn't even bother to get back to me to say no. I found their HR person to be unprofessional in the end.

I applied online and emailed my resume to the branch manager. After a few weeks, I had a phone interview, then an in-person interview. After the interviews, there's a lot of paperwork for the company and the state. Once I got an offer, I had to do a fitness test before the job offer was official.

I applied online through job sites and the company website, and also in person. They called me for a quick phone interview, then invited me for more formal interviews. I had about 2 or 3 interviews where I met with managers and peers before they decided. They asked really good questions to understand me and how I'd handle different situations.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Beyond the usual interview questions, they really wanted to know if this company was a good fit for me and what I would need from them as an employer.

Behavioral Other

Had a phone interview first and then an in-person casual interview. It's important to ask upfront about pay, what's expected, and the typical weekly hours, since it's a salary position and you'll be working more than 40 hours a week for the pay you receive.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Describe a situation where you collaborated effectively within a team.
