Had a technical face to face with a Senior Software Engineer / Team Lead. Then another technical face to face with the Team Lead / CTO. After that, had a general discussion with the Manager or Senior Manager. Lastly, had a discussion with the Human Resource Manager.

- Basic .NET questions were expected and it was advised to refer to FAQs for the First Round.
- If interviewed by the CTO, expect questions about project architecture, otherwise, expect FAQs if interviewed by the Team Lead.
- The managerial round had no new questions, it's the same as everywhere else.

They made me do free work. Worst experience ever. I was promised an interview after I created a marketing plan for them. I thought it was sketchy but since they're a legitimate company that's gotten great reviews, I didn't think I had anything to lose. I sent them the marketing assignment and never heard from them again. I'm glad my marketing plan had good ideas though because they ended up using a lot of them!

The admin called me in, and after a 10-minute wait, I met with the Manager. We talked about my past experiences and how I saw myself working within the company. I mentioned my solid background in both writing and the IT sector. He asked if I was capable of learning new things, and I shared examples highlighting its importance to me. The whole conversation took about 10 minutes, and I got the job offer right after.
