Submitted my application online, then got invited for a 90-minute interview. No extra tasks or tests were needed. I was interviewed by two people, and they asked a lot of competency-based questions, giving me enough time to answer them.

The interview process emphasizes knowing the product/service well, especially for resolving conflicts. You also need strong communication skills – being slow, patient, and calm. It involves listening to customer complaints and understanding them, and asking only a few, relevant technical questions.

It started well, they helped me reschedule when the first interview date didn't work. The interviewers were nice and made me feel comfortable, giving me time to think. It was 1.5 hours with 10 competency questions. Weirdly, they didn't ask about my interest in the role or the company. The good part ended there, took 7 weeks to hear back. I didn't get the job and only found out after I chased them multiple times. I feel like they forgot about me and wouldn't have told me if I hadn't followed up. I asked for feedback after they told me I didn't get the job, but they ignored my emails and calls. This was super disappointing from a company I used to look up to, but not anymore.
