First, candidates are checked for basic eligibility criteria like CGPA and marks in 10th and 12th. If they meet these, they can take the first round, which is an aptitude test. After this shortlist, the first actual interview round involves basic questions such as 'why ION?', discussions about conflicts faced, and two puzzles (ends of two ropes burning and red-blue tablets). The next round is a case study where candidates are given data and asked to propose a launch location for a new product. They're more interested in your thought process and justifications than a precise answer. If you clear this, you're invited to ION Day in Noida. There, you'll meet the country head for some basic HR questions and project-related questions. A Group Discussion (GD) is also part of the process.

So, first you have an online test, which is like a skills check, you know, to see if you fit. Then, there's a first interview online, usually on Zoom or something, to talk about your background and if you're a good fit. If that goes well, you might get a second interview in person, over in Gurugram. This is where you'll meet more people and talk more about the job. After that, there's an HR interview where they'll talk about salary, benefits, and company stuff. Finally, if everything checks out, you get an offer letter. Then you decide if you want to take it.
