It was a 4-step process: first an online assessment, then a technical interview, followed by a technical/managerial interview, and finally a HR chat. Overall, the interview was moderately challenging, heavily focused on past projects, and they evaluated logical thinking and clear communication.

Applied through a referral for this role. Had 5 interviews in total, each 30 mins to 1 hr: team lead & member, regional lead, global product manager, HR head for Europe, and chief product officer. The process felt too long, with interviews weekly or bi-weekly. HR sent standard emails but didn't answer my specific questions. After the 5 interviews, I was told they were positive and a "Hire Request" was sent to management for review. I'm confused by their process of making a business case to management *after* 5 interviews, instead of before. It's been about 2 months with no decision; I stopped following up after 3 weeks. The team lead said my application was in the final stage with an update hopefully soon. Glassdoor reviews suggest this is common, where candidates are ghosted after being told the job is theirs pending management approval. This is a poor recruiting method. All interviews were similar except the HR one. Questions became more general. I felt I repeated myself. This process seems like a waste of company resources. I'd suggest continuing your job search even after a verbal offer because they are unreliable and I wasted a lot of time.
