Behavioral

The interview process felt slow, sarcastic, and had a dark, moody atmosphere - it wasn't pleasant at all, and it wasn't easy to get along with the people. There wasn't much user interaction with the staff. The remote location was also difficult to find, and the waiting room was busy.

This was a really great interview experience. The hiring manager was super friendly and easy to chat with. After we did the introductions, I got a rundown of what the company does. Then, we toured the facility and I got to briefly meet the other engineers. I was shown the main systems and got a quick intro to how they work. The whole thing took about 1 hour and 20 minutes. At the end, they said I seemed like a good fit and that they'd be in touch soon. Definitely a positive interview.

The interview process involved multiple interviews with different team members and managers, including the VP of IT and the World Wide Applications director. One of the interviews was quite long, about 3 hours. They actually called to offer me the job before I even got home from the interview.
