Interview went by pretty smooth, though didn't manage to land one. They were a mix of Internet questions and their own. My advice would be understand the company background, you'll be able to answer confidently. Interviewers are pretty friendly, compared to many others. Do your homework, and go for it. Good luck

I had a weird interaction with HR when setting up the interview. The interview itself was very straightforward. They mainly asked about how you handle stress and if you see life in a positive or negative outlook.

The interview process was a bit tough. There was a long wait time. I arrived at 10 am, but the interview didn't start until 11:20 am and finished at 12:40 pm, even though I was the only candidate. Negotiating the salary was also difficult, even though the offered range was below their budget. They expect you to be flexible and willing to work outside your job description, with a requirement for "mobility." Be prepared to work on weekends and public holidays, even if you're an office worker and your job states Monday to Friday. Also, don't expect to leave work exactly on time.

First, we were given an intro to IOI Corporation through slides and videos. Then, there was a group discussion where we talked about how people see the company from the outside. After that, I had an individual interview. They started with a basic question like 'Tell me about yourself' and then asked detailed questions about the job I applied for. They let me know the results two weeks later over the phone.
