It was a quick and simple process, not high pressure and they worked around my schedule. I got to meet the team and directors, and they have lots of team options if some aren't a good fit. For example, if your past experience is better suited for a different role, they give you that choice. The people are great and the culture is very progressive.

The interview process was smooth, a two-stage in-person process in October of 2020. I knew as soon as I walked through the doors and spoke to Danny and Shaw that this was for me. Once they offered me the role, I snapped their hand off and couldn't wait to get stuck into Contract recruitment and changing people's lives.
