First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at InXpress.
Logistics Specialist
I went through about 3-4 zoom interviews and also exchanged several emails. They asked the typical interview questions like if I knew their industry, how I handle certain situations, etc.
- What are your expectations for an employer?
Business Analyst
It was a really friendly and thorough interview process, I didn't feel rushed at all. They kept me in the loop about everything during the hiring process. There were two rounds of interviews. I felt at ease the whole time.
- Could you tell me about your experience in Logistics?
Sales
The hiring manager was really knowledgeable about the industry and gave me a clear idea of the job and what's expected. They asked questions about the role, and there's a big potential for career growth and good pay. It's an unusual industry where customers genuinely need to use what you're selling.
- Can you describe your approach to dealing with rejection?
Customer Service Assistant
Applied online, got an email about when to interview. The interview was over Zoom. They asked about my communication skills, how I deal with customers, and my remote work setup. It felt pretty chill and conversational. They also wanted to know how I keep my tasks organized and manage my emails.
- Could you introduce yourself?
- What's your approach to dealing with dissatisfied customers?
- Are you familiar with Microsoft 365 or any CRM systems?
