I put in my application online and they got back to me pretty quickly, within a week. Then I had an in-person interview that was about 20 minutes long. I met with a facilities coordinator and a shift supervisor. We talked about my experience with cleaning, my attention to detail, and if I was okay with working in a place that has high security. They also pointed out how important it is to keep things clean in a mission-critical place. They asked about my availability for different shifts and if I could work on my own. It felt pretty casual but they were clear about what they needed.

It was a pretty straightforward process. Everything was over the phone. First, I talked to HR, and they asked standard HR questions. After that, I got a call with a job offer, but the pay wasn't what I was looking for. I declined nicely but said I liked the role and to call me if a better-paying position opened up. Then, another interview was set up with a group of technical folks. They asked a lot of situational questions that really needed a solid understanding of technical stuff. After that, I got an offer within the salary range I was hoping for.

I filled out the application online. Then Involta sent me an email with a behavior assessment that took about 30 minutes to complete. They called me the next day for a very generic phone interview where the person read 4-5 basic questions off a list. It wasn't very engaging and was pretty off-putting.

The process started with a video call arranged by a recruiter with the hiring manager. It seemed to go okay, but not great. The hiring manager mentioned he'd follow up, but didn't discuss any tests. Unexpectedly, I was then sent a take-home test with an overwhelming number of math word problems, more than could realistically be completed. After that, silence. I followed up twice, and the recruiter said they'd speak with the hiring manager, but I never heard back. I even emailed the recruiter asking for the hiring manager's contact info to send a thank-you note and a brief summary of my qualifications, but received no reply. This led to a frustrating experience, unfortunately common for job seekers today.
