It was 3 steps interview, first one with the recruiter asking for past experience and one with the delivery manager and finally with the team manager. The process was really fast and smooth.

I got hired for an ASEAN role and it was pretty fast. There were 3 interviews in total, and I felt they were all pretty average, nothing too hard. They originally offered me an EA position, but ended up giving me the Business Ops Specialist job instead, filling in for someone who had just resigned. Overall, the experience was just okay.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • They asked the typical questions, like about my background and experience. In my opinion, no difficult questions were asked.

The interview process involved about 2 to 3 interviews. First, I spoke with a recruiter, then I met with the director of the business area, and finally, I had a chat with the manager who oversees the team. Everyone was really nice, and I felt comfortable just being myself and talking about my experience and skills.

The interview process went pretty well. The questions weren't too difficult, and I didn't feel like my time was wasted, which is unusual. It involved a couple of calls followed by an on-site meeting with the hiring manager and some team members.
