First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Invision Sally Jobe.
Manager
We had a typical interview process. It was 30 minutes total. First round was with the recruiter, then a second interview with the Director and a peer.
- The Director was picking my brain for knowledge to improve performance.
MRI Technologist
I had a really strange and unprofessional experience with their recruiter. She emailed to set up a phone screen but then didn't call for our meeting. I rescheduled, thinking maybe something came up, but she ghosted me again. My time is valuable, and I rearranged patient schedules both times to talk to her. When we finally did connect, she said she'd get back to me within the week. She never replied to my emails asking why she missed our scheduled calls. Super unprofessional, don't bother with this company.
- What's prompting you to seek a new role away from your current job?
Scheduler
After a couple of weeks, I got a response. Someone called me and did a quick phone interview right then and there. Then they asked me to come in for an in-person interview, which was short but very direct.
- Can you introduce yourself?
Staff Accountant
I had a phone interview, followed by two in-person interviews. The first was with the Accounting Supervisor, and the second was with the CFO. It took about two weeks to hear back after the interviews. They extended a verbal offer over the phone and we discussed the start date, salary, and benefits.
