So, for this job, it's a test and then an interview. You have to do this big test first, which includes a written test and then a psychometric test. If you pass that, you get an interview. Typically, you send in your application, then there's like a first chat with HR, maybe on the phone or video. After that, if they like you, you might have a few more interviews, could be technical, could be about your past experiences, or a group interview. Sometimes they give you tests or case studies to do. They also check your references, either before or after the last interview. If they decide to hire you, they'll give you an offer, and then you negotiate and do background checks. After all that, you start onboarding. It really depends on the company and the job, and can take a few weeks to a few months.

The response time was pretty slow for me, I had to wait 4 months for the second round of interviews. I almost gave up hope, but they eventually got back to me with a positive outcome. You don't interact with a person during the interviews, which makes things easier because you can avoid random questions and get prepared. The number of tasks they require for the offer can change during the process; they initially stated 3 tasks but I ended up completing 5.
