Floater
I got an email from the recruiter asking when I'm free for a phone interview, she was happy and scheduled an in person interview with the bank's manager. I was on time and met with the bank's manager and the HR manager, I think. They seemed VERY impressed and asked me about my past work, especially about money and handling many things at once. They talked about the 'future' and when I could start. They said they'd reach out after the holidays and the recruiter would contact me when they're ready to hire. She actually emailed me almost 2 months later saying they already filled the position.
- Tell me about a difficult customer interaction, including the issue, your solution, and the outcome.
Universal Banker
I was contacted by email in July 2020 for a Phone Interview. After the phone screening, I was asked about locations I was interested in. The Recruiter mentioned I should expect a Phone Call for a Virtual Interview. It's been a month and I haven't received a call, nor have I been informed about my selection for the next stage. This shows poor recruiting practices. Candidates should not be ghosted; showing more compassion and improving communication is necessary.
- Could you please tell me about yourself and your relevant experience?
Customer Service Associate
I just walked in and met the head teller and another associate. The environment was great, and everyone was friendly. They even offered me some staff coffee. After waiting a bit, I was taken to a room where the head teller and branch associate interviewed me. They were really nice and kept smiling and laughing.

Business Systems Analyst
After applying online, I heard back from HR within two weeks. They gave me a phone interview that lasted about half an hour and was very thorough, focusing on my resume. Then, I was scheduled for a face-to-face interview that lasted 45 minutes to an hour. This consisted of a 30-minute chat with HR and another 30 minutes with the supervisor. The interview again focused on my resume. I received the offer the same day.
- Can you introduce yourself?
