Maintenance Technician
The interview was great and I got a job offer! I had to take a hair follicle drug test and passed. It took a long time to get the results back. They did a deep dive into my past and found a record. I admit I used to mess up a lot but I've really turned my life around. But they don't believe in second chances. So, almost a month after they offered me the job, they rescinded it!
- Can you tell me about yourself?
Leasing Agent
I went to a career fair style interview. I spoke with a community manager, a regional manager, and a recruiter. I handed them my resume and cover letter, and also completed an application right there. They were all really nice and easy to talk to. I didn't feel stressed or out of place at all.
- What are your long-term career aspirations over the next five years?
Analyst
Interview process quite standard. 30 minute chat with HR talking about experiences and how my skillset matches the job description. Next would have been a chat with hiring manager but unfortunately didn’t move on.
- Tell me about yourself.
Accounting Assistant
The interviewer was really nice, friendly, and understood my situation with working hours as a new mom. I'm so thankful for the chance to work at Sage.
- Tell me about your strengths.
