Went through an online test first, which had reasoning questions and some really hard English paragraphs. Then had some calls with recruiters and HR. They seemed to care a lot about how well I communicate and if I'm good at picking up new skills.

Following an initial chat with the recruiter, there was a technical/behavioral screen lasting about an hour. The interviewer elaborated on the ideal candidate profile and the specific problems they aim to solve. Following that, some behavioral questions came up, touching on my current role and motivations for seeking a new position. For the technical part, questions covered open APIs, AWS technologies, Lambda cold starts, and the distinction between arrays and lists. They also inquired about financial markets and equities, specifically call and put options. The overall experience was positive, though it wasn't an ideal match for either party's requirements.
