First, you need to pass a written test with multiple choice questions in English, Reasoning, and Finance to get shortlisted. The second round is an interview where they'll ask you about yourself, why you want to work at Invesco, why they should hire you, your goals, and finance questions (prepare Accounts & Finance well!). The third and fourth rounds are also interviews. The third round is mainly a stress interview, and the fourth is an HR interview. About 1 in 50 applicants get selected.
