They started with an aptitude test, and the top 10 students from each college moved on to the next stage. Then, there was a hackathon where 10 teams of 5 people competed for 6 hours. Senior employees watched over this part.

This was a long process with about 6-7 rounds, ending in a super day. Everyone I met was really nice. I was pretty bummed out at the end because they didn't tell me what the super day would be like, or really anything about the hiring situation, even after I put in 12+ hours (not counting travel). I had to follow up multiple times. It would have been nice if the hiring manager had just called, since it takes like a minute, so it was weird to get ghosted. Also, the last few interviews felt like a waste because they asked the same things as the earlier ones. I think they should change the hiring process to be more about coming up with investment ideas instead of just a bunch of interviews that don't lead anywhere (like answering why Invesco so many times in one day).

It was an online assessment day because of COVID. The morning had lectures from the company's employees. Then, we were divided into our divisions and had a group discussion about demographics and their importance as long-term drivers. At the end of the day, I had a one-on-one interview.
