I applied online back in December and then got a HireVue thing in early Jan. About 3 weeks later, I had an interview with a head manager, and a few days after that, they set up another interview with the team manager. Unfortunately, after that second interview, I heard nothing. I found out I didn't get the job through the portal. I liked talking to the recruiter, but wished I'd gotten some feedback after two interviews.

So, the first part was a group interview where we were given a competency-based question about a week ahead of time. Then, there was a one-on-one interview to check my motivation and see if I was competent for the job.
