It was an easy interview. They'll ask about your knowledge of market movements. You'll talk about stuff you learned in college, like how news impacts stock market pricing. The team interviewing you will be the managers you'd work with directly.

The interview process included a Manager Interview focusing on strategic design thinking and business alignment, so have concise examples of past projects that illustrate your impact ready. There was also a Senior Designer Interview where you need a well-organized Figma file to present and discuss your design decisions and tools in detail. Behavioral Other

The interview process was alright and the questions asked were of moderate difficulty. I declined the offer because although they initially stated a high budget, they did not follow through with the promised offer after the interview. Additionally, the HR at Investco behaved unprofessionally by contacting my current reporting manager before extending any offer or notification. This caused issues for me and negatively impacted my appraisal.
