The interview was with a consultant and the CEO, and it was all in German. It started with a phone call, and then I got called for an in-person interview within a week. The interview began with them explaining their company and how it works. Then, we talked about my work experience and skills. After that, there was a situational interview with an engineer where I had to prepare a presentation and explain a process. I was asked to design a hydroelectric car motor and draw a flowchart. Finally, there were some technical questions about the presentation I gave. The whole interview lasted about 3-4 hours.

The hiring process was pretty simple. It started with a phone screen, then an on-site interview that lasted about 3 hours. During the on-site, I met with different people who asked me behavioral and technical questions about my past work and future aspirations. There was also a 30-minute consulting exercise as part of the on-site. After the on-site, I had two more phone interviews to discuss potential roles with managers. The recruiting manager was usually responsive within 24 hours, which was great. The entire process, from the initial phone screen to the three subsequent interviews, took about 3 weeks. I enjoyed the interviews and everyone I talked to. I received an offer that seemed standard for an entry-level tech consultant in the area.

So the process was good. Started with an introduction. Then we talked about my field of study, which is engineering. There were three rounds of interviews in total. The final round was pretty intense. The first round was with HR, the second with the Manager, and the third with team members. They shared some info about the company, mainly that they focus on automotive clients in the region. They also asked about my salary expectations.
