First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Invenio.
SAP Consultant
The interview process at Invenio Business Solutions was okay, and I cleared all rounds. The first round was a technical interview, which was good. The second was a managerial round, which was proper and good. The third was an HR round, which felt unprofessional. They discussed some general questions and salary expectations. After that, I was asked to leave for the day. Two days later, they requested all my documents to process my candidature. HR called again asking about my current and expected CTC. The HR person did not sound very professional and the discussion was very brief. After all this, they never replied or called me back with an update on my status. I did not ask for an unrealistic amount, as I got a better offer from another company later. However, regardless of the reason, they should have informed me about my status, whether rejected or on hold. It's unprofessional to disappear without any update. This is the second time this has happened with Invenio, and I've heard similar stories from others. I will not attend an interview with this company again. I do not recommend them if you value your time. Please don't waste your time interviewing here; try for a good company instead.

SAP Consultant
I applied via employee referral and the whole process took about a month. There were 4 rounds. First, an aptitude test with 40 questions on basic quant and English. Then, a technical round. Make sure you know your resume well and have clear DBMS concepts. After that, an HR round where they asked about joining the company, SAP's operations, relocation, and family. They told us the results immediately and that the CTO round was next week. The CTO round was basically a confirmation, asking for an introduction, details on the final year project, and one SQL query.
- Could you explain normalization?
- Tell me about join queries.
- What are your thoughts on multiple inheritance in C++?
SAP ABAP Developer
The interview process for the SAP ABAP Developer role involved two rounds. The first round, which I cleared, had a moderate difficulty and included analytical and English questions, with a total of 40 questions to be solved in 30 minutes. The second round was a technical interview. The interviewer asked analytical questions, which I found to be rubbish, and didn't even look at my CV. I suspect the candidate was already chosen, and this was just a formality because the company has tie-ups with institutions and exclusively chooses students from them. The interviewer didn't ask any programming language or database questions, and they were very biased. It was a worst company visit, so think a hundred times before visiting.
- Analytical question to solve even on interview
