So, the interview had 4 rounds at first. It started with an aptitude test, which was quite tough. Then came a group discussion, followed by a group activity, and finally a personal interview. After I passed these initial 4 rounds, they mentioned there was one last interview with the Head, or someone really senior. I'm not sure how they judged people in just 2 minutes, but I got rejected in that final round. They didn't give any reason at all.

The interview process spanned two days. It began with a Pre-placement talk, followed by a 1-hour aptitude test comprising 50 simple questions covering Quantitative, Logic, Technical, Verbal, and Essay Writing. Aptitude results were out the same day. Next was a Group Discussion with a lenient panel, and 28 people were selected after results were declared in 2 hours. The Technical Round felt more like a Personal Interview, lasting about 40 minutes, and was designed to make candidates comfortable. Many passed this round and proceeded to the HR round. Final results came out after 2 days. Although they initially planned to hire only a few from this first campus recruitment, they ended up making offers to 5 people, and I was happy to be one of them. The people were warm and nice, making it a lovely experience.
