There were three interviewers. First up was an HR rep who covered benefits. After that, I spoke with the main engineering manager, who focused on my background with more general questions. The third interviewer was supposed to be HR, but they were unavailable, so a team lead stepped in and asked more technical and situational questions.

Applied online, and after about four weeks, I had an in-person interview. It was structured as a panel interview, with interviewers meeting me one by one rather than all at once. The interview questions were fairly straightforward, mainly focusing on my resume. I waited a few weeks without hearing back. Eventually, I checked the application portal and saw that I wasn't selected. I wish they would have provided some kind of response.

We had three interviews in total. The first was with a junior HR person, basically to check if I'm a good fit culturally. Next, I talked to the hiring manager, who was pretty high up, but we didn't do any technical stuff, just went over my history. The last one was with the CEO, but again, no tough questions.

I interviewed with the Manager and HR. After that, I got ghosted, so no more interviews happened. They didn't respond to any of my emails, just silence. What makes it worse is their process is long and tedious, yet they are not professional with me.
