The interview process was really smooth. I started with a recruiter call, then had a round with the hiring manager, and then a final round with the whole team. So that was 2 rounds total. I got an offer the following week. It was the fastest turnaround and fewest rounds I've seen in a while.

First I had a phone screen with HR. Then there was a virtual interview with a couple of team members. They asked me about my resume and went deep into my work experience and the technologies I've used. The third round was an onsite interview where I met the manager. Some people who interviewed me in the second round were also there. The manager was pretty tech literate and asked me about technologies, preferences, and what tools I would use in a given situation.

I applied online for a role on their lunar lander project. After a couple weeks, I got a call and was soon invited for an onsite interview. They made an offer about a week later. They warned me upfront that it was a demanding project needing long hours, which might be rewarding if you like space and big challenges. However, the offer was significantly lower than the market rate, and the benefits were poor. When I asked for time to think about it, they seemed annoyed and implied that while I was the top candidate, they had others lined up. The CEO wouldn't negotiate the salary, which was the final issue for me, so I turned it down. I'd suggest being cautious with this company.
