First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Intuitive Digital.
Account Manager
It was a quick process from start to finish. We submitted a resume, cover letter, and questionnaire. Then there was a phone interview, followed by an in-person interview with a skills test. Lastly, there was a team interview to check for culture fit. They finished the rounds within a week and moved to the next phase the following week. I didn't have to wait ages to hear back about the next steps.
- Can you describe your experience reporting on SEO or PPC campaigns?
Digital Marketing Strategist
Applied through ZipRecruiter, got contacted within 24 hours for a phone interview. Then had an in-person interview with the HR Director, Nick, the founder, and the Senior Digital Marketing Strategist. About 5 days later, I returned to give a presentation. The project involved suggesting SEO, design, and landing page optimizations for a provided URL, reviewing a monthly report, and detailing changes in data and the meaning of key metrics. After that, I had lunch with some senior team members, which felt like their way of a personality test since there was no formal testing. It was like, you're on the bus, or you're off the bus!
- Can you explain the distinctions between Panda, Penguin, Hummingbird, and Pigeon?
- Describe your career outlook.
- Where do you see yourself professionally in the next 5 to 10 years?
In2itive Search
Applied online via ZipRecruiter and it took about 2 weeks to hear back, but they were moving offices then. Got an email for an interview that was at their office. It was a one-on-one in a small conference room and they offered me drinks. That first interview lasted an hour and was mostly psychological questions. The second interview was at a nearby restaurant with the rest of the team, asking more personal and casual questions to see how I'd fit in. Got the offer 2 days later.
- Could you share your greatest achievement?
- Can you tell me about your greatest achievement?
- What would you consider your greatest achievement?
Digital Marketing Analyst
The interview process was fast and really thorough, which was nice after dealing with larger agencies. I had a phone interview two days after applying and an in-person interview a week later. The Office Director was flexible with my schedule since I was flying in. It included questions about cultural fit and SEO, then a short project and presentation. Even though it's an entry-level role, you need some basic SEO and digital marketing knowledge. Most importantly, be yourself because they hire for cultural fit, so let your personality show.
- Can you explain SEO to a beginner?
- Are you open to playing ping-pong?
