The interview process was smooth and professional. I had interviews with the hiring manager and HR. Communication was clear, and the steps were well-organized, making the experience efficient and straightforward. Overall, a positive and seamless procedure.

So I had a total of four steps in the interview process. It started with a quick chat with HR, then I had an interview with some engineers. The third part was a technical assessment or project, and then the fourth step was an interview with executives. I actually stopped after the second interview because what they told me I'd be doing day-to-day wasn't what they actually needed.

It was a long application process that took over 40 days. The first interview was with the QA team member, the QA project manager, and the HR recruiter. They asked me about my IT skills and past projects. The interview felt disorganized, with the recruiter jumping between questions and not letting me finish. Near the end, I had 10 minutes to assess website requirements using a laptop. After two weeks, I had a second interview with the CTO. Two more weeks passed with no update. Then, in the third week, I got an offer I couldn't accept.

First there was an HR call, then I spoke directly with managers. They explained the process and asked general behavioral questions. It wasn't too bad, manageable if you have prior experience. After the offer was made, within a week, I had to go through a drug and background check, which took over 3 weeks - way too long. You'd be wasting your time waiting around if they would even provide a real offer. Not sure if they're holding people's time up with BG checks while interviewing others and then rejecting the current candidate for failing the BG check. Seriously???? Have some professional courtesy!
