First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Intradiem.
Senior Strategic Account Manager
The hiring process had 4 steps: a recruiter chat, a hiring manager interview, a customer service team chat, and a final interview with an executive. The recruiter will explain the whole process on the first call. It was a really clear and easy process.
- Can you tell me about the typical size of ACV and the length of the sales cycle?
Customer Success Manager
I went through five one-on-one phone interviews over about 6 weeks. It started with someone in an admin role, then an in-depth HR interview, followed by a chat with the CS director I'd be reporting to, and two interviews with potential co-workers. After all that, I got an EMAIL, not a call, saying they chose another candidate, even though the interviews seemed to go well. When I asked for feedback on how I could improve, I never heard back. The job reappeared a few months later, I reapplied, mentioned my previous interest and that I'd made it to the final round but wasn't offered the job. They sent a quick rejection. I still don't know what happened after five interviews to make them close the door so suddenly. I have a clean record and great references. It wasn't a good experience.
- What's your motivation for joining Intradiem?
- Have you conducted Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) before?
Project Manager
The process started with a casual phone interview with the Recruiter for screening. After that, I had a half-day in-person interview. I met with 4 people in total: the recruiter, my hiring manager, and two future colleagues. Each meeting was one-on-one. They explained their goals and what they would expect from me if I joined their team. The conversations were not strictly structured, but more conversational. I was also encouraged to ask questions and felt comfortable doing so.
- What are my career goals and what am I seeking in a role?
Management
Things started off with emails going back and forth, and they were pretty good about responding quickly and letting me know what was next. After that, I had two phone calls, one with HR and then another with the hiring manager. They also had me do a test that everyone applying has to complete. The final part was going in for interviews with senior leaders, people on my potential team, and folks I might be managing.
