The interview process was pretty straightforward, with two stages in total. They asked about my past experience and also threw in some current tech troubleshooting questions. It was a panel interview with a few people, and the final interview took about half an hour.

So, for the Solutions Architect role at InterVision Systems, I had three interviews, all focused on AWS stuff. The first one was all about my technical skills with AWS cloud architecture. The second one, I had to show how I can connect AWS solutions with what the business needs, making sure it's innovative and saves money. The last round was a deep dive into solving problems and being flexible in AWS environments, to see if I'd be a good fit for InterVision Systems' fast-changing needs.

So there were 3 parts to the interview process. First I chatted with the recruiter, just some general questions to see if I was a good fit. Then I had a quick phone chat with my future boss where he asked about my current job, my personality, and what I want to do. After that, I had to take an online personality test. This test is supposed to show how you are as a person and also highlight similarities and differences with your boss, which I thought was pretty cool for understanding that relationship. Then I went in person to interview with my boss and the recruiter. It was short because they already had most of the info, but they wanted to see me in person and check out my body language. The very last step was another short phone call with my boss where he asked some questions based on my personality test results. After that, the recruiter called and things were moving forward.
