I got a quick response after applying and they sent me a technical test that wasn't like LeetCode, a behavioural quiz, and a rationing quiz. The tests weren't too hard, and HR was responsive and quick with their replies. It was a pretty pleasant interview experience overall. The whole process, from submitting my application to finishing, took less than a week.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process involved a phone screen followed by 4 interviews with different teams. Acceptance required approval from all teams, indicating a good fit for both Intersystems and their specific team. The interviews were primarily behavioral, with some technical questions related to resume accomplishments, focusing on topics like architecture, cloud, HealthShare (a data-sharing suite), financial services, and Track Care (an electronic medical record system).

Technical Behavioral

I had to do three online tests first: a logic test, a programming test about a made-up language, and a personality test. After that, a recruiter called me to talk about my background. They liked what they heard and set up a technical interview. But, the interview wasn't really technical, which surprised me because most of the questions were behavioral. The interviewers also seemed like random senior people, not really connected to the job, and they didn't seem very interested. I didn't do my best in the interview, and then I never heard back from the recruiter.
