The interview process was pretty well put together and professional. First, there was an HR screening, then a technical interview where they dug into quality concepts, problem-solving skills, and my past experiences. The person interviewing me was nice and asked clear questions, and they also took the time to explain the job and what they expected. Overall, it felt like a smooth and good experience.

Coding Behavioral

The interview process started with 3 online tests: 2 personality assessments and 1 online assessment. After that, I had 3 calls with engineers, one from each of the company's teams. There was a really long wait for feedback, like weeks, and I didn't hear anything back about my application. I had to send a bunch of emails, and even then, I only got a response a month after all the interviews were done.

So after the first contact, they had me do a personality test and then a skills test before any other screening. Then I had a phone screening and they told me I'd get an on-site interview. The first on-site was 3 weeks after the phone screen, and it was mostly the HR person going over my quiz results, then they scheduled another interview later with technical staff. The second on-site interview was better, but it took a month and a half after initial contact to actually speak with their technical staff. I didn't get an offer, and it took 2 weeks for feedback, and that was only after I asked. The whole process was super slow, don't expect fast replies.
