There are some tests to do before the first HR interview, which take about 2 hours. The first interview is smooth and soft skills results are reviewed. The second interview is with a manager, and it was also quite insightful for understanding the role. However, after that, there was no feedback despite follow-ups, only an automatic email after a few months.

I applied online and then got asked to do online logic and predictive tests. I didn't pass these tests. The questions on these tests are like the ones you'd see on a GMAT, and I remember studying those types of questions about 15 years ago to get a high GMAT score. Since these problems aren't typically used in real life, you tend to forget them over time. I'm sure if I had taken these questions closer to when I took my GMAT, I would have done well. Is it really expected that job seekers go back and study their GMAT materials just in case an employer gives them a logic test? These tests are a subtle form of age discrimination.

The interview process is lengthy and requires passing all tests. I had discussions with senior executives, which were pleasant. Ultimately, it didn't work out due to a lack of fit.
