I put in a paper application and they got back to me in about a week to schedule an onsite interview. It was pretty straightforward, just the usual interview stuff. I was hired and started the very next day.

I applied for the plasma processor role and then I had an interview with the hiring manager. They got back to me pretty fast to set up the interview, which was less than 30 minutes long. I was offered the job quickly after that, without any other interviews. The entire hiring process took under two weeks from when I sent in my resume to when I got the offer.

The communication from the recruiters and the pre-screening team wasn't great. However, the onsite interview was actually pretty good and not too difficult. Everyone at the Center was nice and professional when I got there. Too bad I can't say the same about what happened before I arrived.
