I was initially contacted by a recruiter or someone from the company about this position. Then, I had a screening interview, and after that, I didn't hear back from anyone. While I understand not being a good fit, it would be good to at least let candidates know where they stand.

It was a 3 step interview process. I had 2 phone calls first. Then I was given a project to complete in 72 hours. 8 candidates reached this stage. After I sent my presentation back, they said they would contact me in about 2 weeks and make a final decision by 'X date'. I was completely ghosted after submitting my project. I followed up multiple times. The date passed when they said they would let all candidates know their final decision. I followed up AGAIN since I figured they picked someone else, just asking for feedback. No response for 4 months and finally, they just said 'We went with someone else.' I felt really disrespected and spending so much time and energy on the project was a total waste. It really turned me off from the company.

I was referred by someone working in their marketing department, so I had a one-on-one interview with the VP of marketing. It took a bit to connect with them, but once I did, the interview was scheduled really fast.

So I had three interviews, then they gave me the offer. First one was a Zoom with the lead producer. Second was another Zoom, this time with future coworkers. Third interview, we talked about the offer details and I got a tour of the place.
