Proposal Engineer
The interview was split into 2 phases: first, a traditional interview, and second, a trial day plus tests. During the interview, the atmosphere was very relaxed and good, and the people involved were always very friendly. Even with Corona, an in-person interview was conducted with appropriate safety measures. Feedback wait times: 2 days after phase 1, and 1.5 weeks after phase 2.

The process took 3 interviews and one take-home test. The first interview was with the hiring team, and it went smoothly, they asked my motivations, some technical questions and some behavioral ones. After that I got an set of online personality tests, and it took about 1 hour to finish it. After that another interview, all online and in English. Some very personal questions were asked and I found that uncomfortable. After that another final interview with the hiring manager and another manager. Afterwards I got the job offer. The value proposed was below Italian average for that kind of position and there were the extra-hour clausule which they do not pay up to 20 monthly extra hours. And throughout the interview process I felt some workaholic vibes in the company. After careful though I declined the offer

Systems and Network Administrator
The interview process began with a phone call which was a nice and open discussion. Afterwards, I traveled 4 hours to the HQ for the second interview. The first manager was an hour late and his boss arrived 30 minutes after that, which wasn't very professional. Nevertheless, the interview itself went well, featuring a nice and open discussion focusing on my background and the company's structure. We also discussed salary and compensation.
