The hiring process involved three interviews: one with the direct supervisor, a panel interview, and another with a second-level supervisor. Scheduling was smooth and questions were shared beforehand. It was a competency-based interview, limiting open-ended discussion. Overall, it was a positive experience. The hiring manager outlined the process clearly. Feedback was given in the rejection email.

I had a phone interview on 12/13/14 where we discussed my accounting skillset. I also got a Bank Req Assessment. Then on 12/20, I went through a panel interview with the Controller, Asst Controller, and HR, and they asked me behavioral questions. The Controller was around the whole time until after the panel interview. I sent a thank you email but didn't hear back.

The interview process started with an initial conversation with HR and the hiring manager. After that, I was given an assignment related to the work I'd be doing. The next step was a final meeting with the rest of the team. I was then left waiting for an offer, but instead of receiving one, I was ghosted for over two weeks. Finally, I was told the position had already been filled.

I saw the job advertised online and applied. I received a call and then met with them at their Dhaka office. After discussing my previous experience and my enthusiasm for the role, they invited me to visit the workplace to see if it was a good fit. Following the visit, I was asked to submit a report with my observations. I provided a detailed SWOT analysis, which they liked, and I was subsequently hired.
