They gave me a call, we did a quick phone screen, then they had me come in for an interview the next day and extended an offer about an hour after I left the building.

Had one on-site interview, initiated by the internal recruiter. The whole thing took about 2 hours, and it was straight to business with no tour, just showing up, answering questions, and then leaving. The manager got a bit upset when I brought up the possibility of telecommuting. After that, there was no further contact, no rejection email, absolutely nothing.

Behavioral

The interview process involved behavioral questions focused on competencies for the role. I spoke with HR first, then the hiring manager. The whole thing took a few weeks, and they communicated pretty well. The competencies were Korn Ferry, and the questions were the usual "Describe a time" or "Tell me about a situation" type.
