The process kicked off with a brief chat with HR, then moved to a video interview with the Creative Director and Marketing Manager. It was pretty laid-back, mostly focusing on my design process and how I keep brand consistency in check. They also threw in a timed design challenge where I had to whip up a product label, which was a cool way to show my skills under pressure.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. I started as a contract employee and was later hired on. The local team did a fantastic job of including me. The hiring process took about a week, and I was contracted for approximately 6 months before they hired me on permanently.

I applied online and then got an email to set up a phone interview that happened 3 days later. After the phone interview, I went for an onsite interview with the area manager. The interview itself was about 30 minutes long and included a quick tour of the warehouse.
