It was a 2-round process, and both rounds were behavioral. Nothing really surprising, just pretty straightforward. The main thing is to be yourself and show you're passionate about NGO work. If you aren't, you probably won't like it there even if you get hired.

I'd like to say that not all experiences will be the same; it might just be one bad employee out of many good ones. I had a virtual interview, and the interviewer clearly couldn't have cared less about talking to me. Even though I got an offer (so I obviously didn't do poorly), she had a blank expression the entire time. She didn't introduce herself and was late to the call. The interview was so awkward that I decided immediately afterward that I wouldn't accept the position if it were offered.
