I got a message from an HR rep a month after the job posting. It took almost another month for them to actually respond to my messages to coordinate a phone interview. And then they stood me up, no explanation or apology. I declined and withdrew my application. If this is how they treat their candidates, I cannot even begin to imagine what the rest of the process is like. An amazing organization to donate and support, but I would not work there.

The whole process to get hired took about 6 weeks. I went through the interview process two times. It was pretty easy and didn't take long, under 15 minutes each time. The HR supervisor talked to me and asked me 4 questions.

I went through three interviews, starting with a phone screening with a recruiter. Then, I had an in-person interview with HR, followed by a third interview with the Finance director. The whole process wasn't too difficult, though some questions felt like they went on for a while.
