The interview process was quite lengthy. There was about 2-3 weeks between my first and second interview. After my second interview, I didn't hear back from them for about 4 weeks, at which point they contacted me to offer me the position I had applied for.

The interview process was prompt, pleasant, and thorough, and the individuals I spoke with were great. My issue is that after our two interviews, and after my references were requested and submitted around Thanksgiving 2020, up to now, January 2021, there's been no communication or feedback from the employer. I understand that businesses can be busy, but being "ghosted" after two interviews and submitting seven references was a letdown, especially since I was really keen on the job.

The team members who interviewed me were very supportive and made the experience conversational and clear. They were accommodating and warm. Some of the question rounds were more focused on the role's specifics than others. I felt comfortable asking them about the work culture, what the role is really like, and how the team works together.
