The interview process was really smooth and organized. I actually had to move my screening call because something came up, but the recruiter was super cool about it and totally understood. The other parts of the interview were also set up really well and went smoothly.
- What strengths do you possess that would benefit the workplace?
Consultant
The interview process was well thought out, professional, with clear and simple questions about the vacancy, assignment, and feedback. Negotiations were also part of it, both written and oral.

Applied online and the recruiter contacted me. Had a normal phone interview, then a phone interview with senior management. Two weeks later, I was invited for an in-person interview that was supposed to be two hours with two senior managers. On the day, I arrived early and was asked to fill out another application and provide at least 6 references. The first interviewer, the department head, was hostile and said there was no advancement. The second interviewer, whom I wasn't scheduled to meet, seemed frustrated with their systems. The third interviewer, also senior management, was distrustful. All three gave different job descriptions. Right after, another HR rep came in for an interview, making it 4 people and 3 hours instead of the planned 2 hours with 2 people. During salary discussion, she didn't know the budget but offered a very low number. I felt disrespected and withdrew my application.
- What makes you want to join this company?
Tourism Manager
The interview process was very respectful and offered a lot of room for growth. I initially had a networking meeting directly with the CEO, who then suggested me for the Manager of Tourism role. My task was to prepare a list of ideas on how to achieve the goals for that position. After I did that, I was offered the job.
