We had to wait a while to be called in for a panel interview, and there were five other people waiting with me. The main interviewer introduced the panel, which included people from IBEW and NECA. Each person on the panel asked me one question, and I had time to answer. At the end, they let me ask some questions before they said they'd be in touch.

It took a few months after I applied to get the aptitude test, and then a couple more months before the actual interview. The interview itself was pretty short, only about 10 minutes. I didn't get a ton of feedback afterwards, but I should hear back in about 2-3 weeks with their decision.
