I'd like to work with a company that conducts the interview process with such professionalism and courtesy. Mariah was extremely thorough with asking and answering questions and by the time our interview was over, I was certain I wanted to proceed as a candidate. Unfortunately I was not chosen to move forward as another candidate was selected for the position. Applied online and was interviewed by phone the following week.

I applied in-person after hearing about the job from a friend, and got called back two days later for an interview. The pool manager interviewed me, and it was short. She was very nice and hired me right then. After that we just filled out the paperwork and I met the rest of the staff.

The interview was super chill. I chatted with the manager, and she asked about my past jobs. She also wanted to know about my lifeguard certification and when I'd get it. It was cool that she was fine with me not having it fully done yet, as long as I was taking the classes and would get it once I started.
