First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Interim Physicians.
Physician Recruiter
I had a phone call that lasted about 30 minutes. It seemed to go well, and the interviewer wanted to move me forward. They sent me info for the next step and a personality survey, which I finished quickly and thoroughly. But then, I never heard back from them. I even sent a follow-up email, but still nothing.
- Can you describe your overall experience?
- What's prompting your job search?
Internist
The interview process was pretty easy. First, there was a phone screen, and then I followed up via email. After that, I had an in-person review with the actual local employer. It was all very straightforward. However, there was also a "training month" where I wasn't paid anything, which I thought was suboptimal. For a different assignment, the entire process was over the phone, but I ultimately couldn't take that position.
- Can you tell me about any gaps in your resume?
Recruitment Manager
I was hesitant about taking the phone interview with Dominique Antonino, especially after reading some negative reviews online. However, I believe experiences can differ based on how people interact, so I decided to proceed. During our discussion about my interests and the company's expectations, many of my questions were ignored. The recruiter was dismissive and rude, providing vague answers and demonstrating poor people skills. Even if I were offered a position, I would decline. Trust your gut feeling. I would give this a negative review if I could.
- What is your desired salary?
Account Manager
The interview process was pretty standard for the industry. It began with a phone screen, then a skills and personality assessment. To wrap it up, there was an in-person interview with the CEO and the RVP. I also got to meet the rest of the team. It was a very positive experience overall. The HR manager was thorough and friendly, making the process work very seamlessly.
- How knowledgeable are you about the industry?
- Are you intelligent?
- Are you willing to work hard?
