First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Interim HealthCare.
Registered Nurse
It was an in person interview with standard questions. They made me feel comfortable and the interviewer was warm and compassionate. They answered all my questions completely. It wasn't crazy questioning, just a standard nursing type interview.
- How would you handle a difficult situation?
Registered Nurse
You'll first have a screening call with HR. After that, you'll have a Zoom meeting with the clinical manager. This second call is pretty formal but friendly, and they'll want to know about your past jobs and why you think you'd be a good fit.
- Tell me about your previous IV experience.
- What makes you interested in home infusion?
- How do you feel about visiting patients in their homes?
Registered Nurse
It was a very straightforward and easy process. They took a more professional approach compared to other staffing agencies I've been contacted by. I haven't been hired yet, but they've called a couple of times since the interview to clarify answers. They seem to be trying to find the best fit for both me and the hospital.
