Sales Operations Manager
I was really happy with how the interview process went at Interfolio. Everything was set up on Zoom and communicated really clearly, so I always knew who I was meeting and what to expect. They didn't rush anything, and if there were any delays, the recruiter was upfront about what was happening next. When the recruiter first reached out, I wasn't even looking for a new job, but her enthusiasm for the company and the role definitely caught my attention and made me want to learn more. It was refreshing how she tailored her message to my specific background and where I live. The next step involved calls with the VP and Director of Marketing. Since the management team is a huge factor for me when considering a new job, I was super impressed by how professional they were and the smart questions they asked. I also felt like I got a real sense of who they were, which can be tough in a short call. The final stage was a big panel interview with people from all over the business, even the CEO! Coming from a big company, I was thrilled to get the chance to chat with them. Everyone had unique questions and really sold me on Interfolio's product, its culture, and where they're headed.

Customer Success Manager
I had a phone interview with the recruiter, then a video interview with a manager, and finally another video interview that was split into three one-hour parts. They said I'd hear back early the next week but I didn't get an email until two weeks later. The whole thing took a couple of months, but after the initial phone call, the rest took a few weeks. I think it's too much to have someone do such a long interview. Talking to each group is fine, but it could've been shorter. What really bothered me was the delay in getting back to me, which they finally did via email. If I had been unemployed, that would've been upsetting, and by the time I got the email, I already knew I didn't want to work there because of that. I'd only suggest applying at Interfolio if you're currently employed.
- Can you tell me about a time you had to handle a challenging customer?
Front End Engineer
After a really good preliminary interview, the talent acquisition team said they'd send over the head of engineering's schedule by the end of the day so I could book a follow-up. A week went by with no word, so I followed up with TA, and they mentioned the hiring manager was sick but would send the calendar by end of day. That was three weeks ago. It's disappointing because Interfolio seems like a great company, but if TA says they'll email by EOD twice and then doesn't, it's a red flag.
- Why do you think you're a good fit for Interfolio?
Sales Development Representative
I sent my resume in via email to the career services contact, then I was scheduled for a phone interview with the recruiter. After that, they asked me to come in for an in-person interview with my direct manager. While I was at the office, I also had a quick meet and greet with some of the senior management team. They also did a background check before making an offer.
