Behavioral Presentation

The hiring process involved about 3 rounds. The final round included meeting with other members of the Leadership Team. Overall, it was a smooth experience, and I found the interview questions to be insightful. The people I met with were friendly, which made me feel comfortable.

Behavioral Technical

The recruiter was late for the initial phone chat, which felt disrespectful. I then went for an in-person interview. The first part of that was with the same person from the phone call, and felt like a standard intro where we discussed my background and how I might fit. The second part was with my potential direct manager, and it seemed to go really well. We had a great conversation, and he even said I was a good candidate. I felt I had all the experience they wanted and could definitely do the job. They said they’d decide within a week. However, the very next day I got a generic rejection email from a "no reply" address, which felt rude, especially since they didn’t offer any specific feedback.
