This was the second interview with the headhunter, and it went pretty well. They're planning a third round and want my expected salary tomorrow. The recruiter asked good questions and gave me the right amount of info. More to come.

Behavioral Other

There were several qualification calls where the client's identity wasn't disclosed. The apparent goal was to extract information and then for them to vanish. They attempted to market services at one point. I was required to complete a questionnaire detailing how I met specific selection criteria. It felt like a significant waste of time.

The interview process is efficient and welcoming. From the very beginning, I found the team to be friendly and professional. The first step usually involves a brief initial screening, where you get to know more about the role and share your background. This conversation is often relaxed and allows you to ask any questions you might have about the company and the position.
