First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Interdependence.
Senior Account Executive
The interviews were pretty easy. I got the job offer, but ended up not staying for even a year. I would have liked to stay longer, but it just wasn't the right fit for me and I wasn't that interested in the clients.
- What are you looking for in your next job?
Account Executive
I applied in the summer of 2023 and didn't get a response until December 2023. Then, in early January 2024, I had a phone interview. After that, I was given a timed, proctored writing assessment. There was no follow-up after the assessment or really throughout the whole process. It felt like the company's internal situation dictated the timeline, which was inconsistent given the current job market. I'm not sure about their turnover or what issues they might be facing.
- Could you tell me about any experience you have with media relations?
Assistant Account Executive
I interviewed in November 2024. First, there was an HR phone screening, and then I immediately had an interview with the hiring manager. I felt good about how the interviews went, but then they ghosted me and didn't respond to my follow-up emails. It was pretty unprofessional.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
Account Executive
The process was easy and fast. It felt organized and they were upfront about everything, asking pertinent questions and communicating clearly throughout. They responded quickly when I had questions. The staff were friendly and accommodating to different time zones.
- Could you start by introducing yourself and detailing your experience?
